First off, I pray that no individual has enough free time to troll something like this. This is the equivalent of strangling cats or something, for gamers at least. This post contains some very definitive statements and for some of them to be made up -- WOW! I have a hard time believing this came from the cloud of someone's head without any evidence or being in the know. As time passes, some of these things are revealing themselves as true...to me, at least.
Damon and Joe have done NOTHING to refute this post. IMO, it only adds even more lofty expectations to their efforts and for them not to kindly say "we are not associated with the statement from MisterFootballSF (OS Poster)" kinda makes me scratch my chin. Damon is well-connected on social media and is very responsive, he knows this post exists.
The only thing I have a hard time figuring out is, is it an NFL game or not, and is Microsoft the publisher? I believe it will be because it's Joe Montana. I personally can't see Joe Montana associating himself with football that's not the NFL -- I just can't! In some form or fashion, I believe this game will have NFL ties. JetiNY(I think that's his YT name?) has a great YouTube vid about the possibility of the teams, but not the players as it was in a previous Madden. Some have floated the idea of them not being licensed first year, revealing at E3 for future licensing. IDK, call me crazy, I believe it'll be licensed outta the gate. That's why we keep seeing those same 2 demo teams. Keep it under wraps until the big reveal at E3. If you're competing with Madden, the only way you can ultimately win is if you beat them with a superior product and in today's market, you gotta have sales to dent the current leader. EA has the trump card. Say what you want about the arcade gameplay, but Madden has the NFL. "Casual" gamers will look at the cover and see Joe Montana, flip it over and see made-up players and will put it back bcuz they can't find players they know. Hell, that happened with APF and they even had former NFL players. It's about what's current. If Microsoft is the publisher, I can't see them funding a game that will have minimal sales success. First year sales may not be groundbreaking, but they need a reason to make a '17, '18, '19...the NFL license puts JMF in a position to be the Trojan-horse to overtake the market. Lex Marston also has a great video about the Skylines PC game and it's sales effort so license may be overblown on my part. We'll see. BUT the rumored Microsoft exclusivity gives me hope.
The post is doing it's job if it's a marketing ploy. It keeps us trying to connect the dots. It's commonly referred to every time something drops. Heck, it even said we wouldn't be getting much info -- that's damn true! I wouldn't be surprised if this post was in the game as an easter egg. It'll be fun once it drops and we can compare the post to the finished product. I'm interested to see if MisterFootballSF reveals their identity soon E3. Why haven't they posted anything else?! They offered no rebuttal or future comments to this post, just dropped the mic. Pretty ballsy and reckless if they weren't involved with this game.

I completely agree with everything you stated lol and another reason I also forsee this being listened right from the get go is due to the reason this is being developed exclusivey with Microsoft. (Mr.Montana himself has dropped numerous hints that this game is being developed along side them) with that being said why would an unlicensed unknown football game limit it's sales marketability to only one console. That's suicide, and thus backs my personal opinion on why this game is more than likely going to have the NFL teams within it. And I'm glad you referenced back to JetiNY, for anyone who hasn't yet seen his videos I strongly recommend you check them out, he's had some of the best insights on what he thinks is going on with JMF16. I'm really hoping as well that the OS post holds true lol and that would be very interesting if they refrence the OS post within JM16 the game itself.

The only thing that seems off to me is that 2k is involved.

I could see this game using some guys from 2K and maybe some tech and animations. I think people are looking too deep at the 2K thing, mostly cause they want their 2K series back. This isn't a 2K game but it's not impossible to think that they might have bought some of the old tech from 2K and maybe hired former 2K employees.

Agree with gmanzer. There's no way this game could be non-liscensed AND limited to one console. Since there's enough evidence to show this as a Xbox/PC exclusive, I definitely think it'll be NFL.

I know everything seems to be pointing that way. I feel like if it did not have the license that they would of said so by now. Microsoft probably told them to keep there mouths shut and then drop the megabomb at e3.
